procedural issues than whether a person’s rightful legal claims are
adjudicated (i.e. she prefers 'the set of rules that are good because
they’re the rules' over 'the set of rules that are good because they
help people who need help'). She doesn’t care as much about the
powerless, and that affects her judgments, because being a judge
requires you to decide how much the claims of the powerless matter."
